October-fest

This October has been pretty much identical to last October...

I made dinner in a pumpkin! again and it was so good. I will always be grateful that Liam&Jessie shared this tradition with us. It's so fun to make and to eat!

Kaci got in on the jack-o-lantern this year. She drew that face all by herself. We were very impressed. She said she was drawing eyes, a nose, and a happy face, but we didn't expect it to look like a face when she was done, boy were we wrong.

Very imnpressive. Last year we tried to carve the face of the pumpkin to look like Kaci. Kaci says her face is a "daddy face".

And I painted our window. Our window is HUGE which is fun. Kaci is obsessed with drawing houses right now. I tried to paint a haunted house. She loves it! Kaci painted next to me with some white (just in case she missed the window) and then asked for some brown to finish her "horse". We have a horse and a house, very creative don't ya think?!?

You are so incredibly creative and fun! It's amazing!!! What's the pumpkin dinner? I'm curious and wouldn't mind trying it! Last year Tyson decided to carve a pumpkin of me...he downloaded a pumpkin carving of an anime girl (just to be funny...but she did really kind of look like me).

Yay! How fun! I love fall! I'm glad you like dinner in a pumpkin! I think I will make it next week. I am so behind on my fall festiveness. Last year I think I started in August. This year, I started in Oct. and haven't even gone full swing yet. Again, Kaci is so smart! How fun to paint together. You are so talented! I'm sure if I tried to paint a house it would not look so amazing!
