I'll be the one face down in my dinner plate and sound asleep starting in September. I've never been intimidated by an invitation to serve in the church until they invited me to be the seminary teacher for my ward. First off, I feel like you should be at least 40, all my teachers were. Second, I read my scriptures but I don't know or remember all the cool stuff that makes studying them fun. Third, 6 am has never agreed with me. That's when we'll start, not when I have to wake up. YIKES-O-RAMA!!

That will be so much fun! But I would be soooo scared! Its a good thing you had a wonderful teacher who taught you seminary! Sister Tippetts was amazing! You will do great!
I bet the Lord will bless you for doing this calling and your body will be used to waking up early in the morning. I so wish I had that calling. You will be amazing! Think of all the things that you will learn from the kids and from studying more. YAY Kerri!

We have a 22 year old in our building teaching.
It is SERIOUSLY intimidating for the first minute or so and then it is just so much FUN!!!
Do you have a great inservice over the summer? Worse comes to worse you only have to stay 1 day ahead.
I STILL HATE mornings....BUT I LOVE SEMINARY!! Welcome from another of the lucky ones!
those students that get you are so blessed to have ya--and I bet you feel that same way about them by the end of the year--we have the upmost confidence in ya--
